The best way to get in touch is to complete our contact us form. Please include your event date and any pictures of something similar to what you’d like. From there the balloon stylist will be in touch to discuss your event. You are also welcome to contact us via phone, either a call or text or email us info@theballoonstylist.com.au
We only take on a limited amount of bookings to ensure the balloon stylist can personally create and customise each event, for this reason we have limited availability for each day. In order to avoid disappointment we suggest booking ideally 2 – 3 months ahead of your event, some customers book 5 – 6 months prior. At the very minimum we require 2 weeks notice, assuming we are not fully booked.
We usually arrive with the majority of balloons fully inflated off site. This helps reduce our set up time, deepening on the size and style of the display our set up time can vary from 15mins to 1 hour. We will always conform the expected set up time prior to your event so you know exactly when it will be complete.
We specalise in balloon decor, however we also have a range of props and florals to compliment our balloons. We also work closely with Sydney’s leading event suppliers, if you have a specific display in mind, let us know and we’ll put you in touch with who can make your vision a reality.
Our air filled balloon garlands last days, usually weeks in great condition. Our air filled balloons will not deflate! Over time they will oxydise due to light and heat so the colour will fade over time.
