Event Suppliers in Cairns

Balloons are what we are known for. As The Balloon Stylist we design and install organic balloon garlands, arches, backdrops and light-up displays for weddings, birthdays, corporate launches and private parties in Cairns. Working with rainforest, reef and resort venues, we build installations to suit tropical heat and humidity and colours that carry your theme, from lush greens, corals and clear brights. We supply and install fresh and styled florals as part of the same look, floral hearts, arbour and aisle florals, centrepieces and blooms that work alongside the balloons rather than competing with them. For Cairns we lean into lush greens, corals and clear brights so the flowers suit the setting, whether that is a rainforest or resort wedding. Ask us to quote florals with your styling in one go through get a quote.

Cake and desserts are part of our supply and install service too. We style dessert tables, cake plinths and grazing displays that sit inside the overall design, so the sweet corner looks like it belongs at Cairns and not bolted on. We can build the backdrop, plinths and florals around your cake and set it all in place on the day. See our services or get a quote.

Our prop and event hire covers the pieces that hold a styled space together, plinths, arbours and arches, backdrops, feature signage and the finishing props that frame rainforest, reef and resort venues. We deliver, set up and pack down, so hire pieces arrive on time and leave without you lifting a thing. Tell us your venue and date to check availability via get a quote.
